- Sales & Marketing: Sales & Marketing cooperation, monitoring, and input solutions for accelerating of Revenue. Problem solving and critical thinking for sales related issues/political issues and involving to support sales sustainability.
- Customer Service: Supervise & Overview the CS delivery and Collection processes. Update the sales & collection data accurately to GM on weekly basics.
- Finance: Cooperation with Finance team for AP, AR and government related tax clearance. Reduce unnecessary expenses and reviewing of cash flow/ expense flow. Auditing/monitoring for finance management related matters to reduce cost and to increase effectiveness.
- Procurement and Supply Chain: Monitor/Cooperate in suppliers dealing, cost analysis, lead time, shelf-life and etc. Shipping management such as Container, vessel and in-land transportation. Third party logistics management and real time operations overview. Reduce uncertainty and improve cost effectiveness on supply chain processes.
- Warehouse: Review/Monitor/Cooperate in cargo receiving, handling (forklift, crane, truck etc), machinery handling and labor management.
- Product Registration: Review/Cooperate for product registration for Import, Production and distribution Monitor/Cooperate in Artwork design align with company guidelines.
- People management: Monitor/Cooperate employee performance and to support employee wellness for best practices. To implement KPI for each department to control and to keep track of improvement
- HESQ: To coordinate with HESQ officer to align with company HESQ guidelines and to initiate all employee to comply HESQ nature and culture. On hand experience for ISO and SOP implementation is well advantage.
- HR and Admin: Review/Cooperate in Recruiting new employee. Cooperate/Monitor Employee skills development and workflow management. Develop 2-ways system for Employee level communication and performance rating. Lead employee Appreciation program to boost the employee performance and mindset. To monitor HR expenses and cash flow. To cooperate HR related activities as required. To corporate in Administration process such as procurement of office required assets, pantry inventory control, accommodation control and transportation control.
- Other tasks assigned by GM.

Safety Officer is responsible for overseeing daily operations in the Fertilizer Production and Warehouse handling,
- Initiate and implement workplace health and safety plans and procedures.
- Evaluate health and safety practice and procedures for risk assessment and following legal guidelines.
- Conduct accident prevention training and health & safety training.
- Inspect equipment/business units for unsafe workplace conditions and unsafe acts.
- Monitor workplace safety at site.
- Investigate accidents and incidents to find cause and take prevention measures not to happen further incidents.
- Handle employee/contractor’s safety violated penalty claims in the event of a workplace accident and incident.
- Suggest solutions, improvements and prevention steps for safety issues.
- Monitoring current and potential health and safety risks and hazards in the workplace, participating in corporate-level hazard assessments, and developing and approving controls for identified hazards.
- Tracking incident metrics and identifying trends.
- Sharing general health and safety knowledge to all employees.
