- The fertilizer factory established by Agri First Company in Thilawa Special Economic Zone in Yangon Region has been opened in October 10, 2018.
- It is jointly launched by MAPCO, MITSUI Company of Japan and BEHN MEYER Company of Germany based in Malaysia in Thilawa SEZ in 2017.
- An investment agreement was signed on April 7, 2016 to manufacture and distribute fertilizers of international standard.
- Agri First Co with the investment made by MAPCO is manufacturing fertilizers under the brand names of Shwe-O-Hzi, Kujaku and AFC by utilizing German technology.
